GREEN WASTE SITE INFORMATION FOR SPRING 2022

Green waste site announcement: ground conditions and weather are now trying to cooperate with us. We are able to set Saturday, April 16 as the opening day for the green waste site. Hours are the same as regular hours in the past: Sat. 9-5, Sun. 1-5, Tues. 3-7, Thurs. 3-7. The green waste site is operated for individual residents of the City of Spirit Lake and the City of Orleans so you must live in the city limits and/or be a residential water customer. The site accepts leaves, grass clippings, twigs and brush. Tree trunks, and limbs and branches over 6″ in diameter are not accepted. Larger items are accepted by the Dickinson County Recycling Center.
